the reef immersion
5 Days · 4 Nights
Monday to Friday
live the ocean. find your rhythm.
For divers, Christmas Island is the rarest kind of find — a world-class reef most people have never heard of. Two oceans meet here, creating a hybrid zone found almost nowhere else on Earth. Over 680 fish species. Coral walls that drop into the deep within metres of shore. Water so clear the descents feel weightless. Reef Immersion is built for certified divers who want this place properly — three guided morning dives, no crowds, and the slow island rhythm in between.
Day 1 · Monday | Arrival Your Qantas flight touches down and the island starts immediately. A personal airport greeting, then a scenic drive through the national park to the west coast of the island — your first glimpse of where you'll be spending the next five days. Arrive at your villa to find bubbles on ice, a stocked minibar, and the Indian Ocean filling every window.
Settle in with a generous gourmet welcome platter of artisan breads, local produce, and cheese. The evening is yours.
Day 2 · Tuesday | First Descent Breakfast hamper delivered. Out on the water early for your guided morning dive — coral gardens that give way to deep water within moments, reef fish moving in slow vivid silence, the chance of pelagic encounters drifting in from the open ocean. Sites are selected on the day, shaped by conditions and what the water is doing.
Return to the lodge late morning. A long lunch prepared by your chef, then time to dry off and slow down — the afternoon stretches out ahead of you, unscheduled and entirely your own. Private dinner in your villa as the light softens.
Day 3 · Wednesday | Reef & Blue Water Breakfast hamper at your door. Out on the water again for your second guided morning dive — this time exploring a different layer of the island's marine environment. Dramatic drop-offs, hybrid species found nowhere else, the particular feeling of hanging in clear water with the reef wall falling away beneath you.
Back at the lodge before midday for a leisurely lunch. The hours that follow are yours to spend however the day calls for — a swim, a nap in the breeze off the ocean, a walk along the clifftop as the sun moves west. As darkness settles, a relaxed private dinner on your balcony deck with paired wines and the stars coming out overhead.
Day 4 · Thursday | Dive & Champagne Sunset Breakfast hamper delivered. Your third guided morning dive — by now the rhythm has settled in, each descent building familiarity while still revealing something new. Return to the lodge late morning for lunch.
In the afternoon, a scenic drive through ancient rainforest and along dramatic coastal roads to a secluded clifftop lookout. Bubbles at sunset, curated canapés, and a sky that puts on a show every single time. Back to your villa as the stars come out, where your chef has a multi-course dinner waiting.
Day 5 · Friday | Last Day A final breakfast hamper with the ocean all to yourselves. Flights don't leave until the afternoon, which means the morning is still entirely yours — a walk through the jungle, or a coffee on the deck watching the frigatebirds ride the updraft. A gourmet farewell lunch prepared by your chef, then your transfer to the airport.
You'll find yourself already thinking about when you can come back.
The All-Inclusive Experience Everything is taken care of, from the moment your plane touches down to the moment it lifts off again. Private chef preparing every meal, daily guided activities tailored to you, your villa minibar fully stocked with premium wines, beers and spirits, and all airport and island transfers — plus five guided morning boat dives and all dive equipment provided.
